UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have perused office report dated 09.07.2019 as also the email dated 07.08.2019 sent to the Additional Registrar of the Registry of this Court by Hon’ble Mr. Justice G.S. Singhvi, former Judge of this Court and the Chairman of the Court appointed Committee.

In view of the aforesaid email received from the Chairman of the Court appointed Committee, we direct the respondent – Government of India to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh only) in a particular account for the following purposes :

(a) to meet expenses for arranging the venue and secretarial assistance.

(b) To make the payment to the members of the Committee for their travel and stay during the course of deliberations by the Committee.

We also direct that further amount shall be deposited by the Government of India as an when an intimation is received from the Chairman of the Court appointed Committee.
