RTI Reply Regarding Vacancy, CPT/DEST Date,CGL 2017 Notification etc. (17-03-2017)

In this post we are sharing an RTI Reply regarding multiple queries of SSC CGL 2016 and 2017. This RTI is filed by QMaths follower Praveen kumar sharma and proper credit goes to him and we thank him for sharing this information with us. Below is the Query raised and RTI reply received from SSC.

Query Raised

1 Total number of Final or updated vacancies which are to be filled under SSC CGL 2016, Department wise and Category wise.
2 When the CPT and DEST will be started for SSC CGL 2016, any tentative date or month please.
3 Will CPT and DEST be conducted after the declaration of Tier III result.
4 When the final result of SSC CGL 2016 will be declared,any tentative date or month please.
5 When the notification of SSC CGL 2017 will be published, any tentative date or month please.

Reply :-

No recorded information is available with the CPIO (C-II). However, it is mentioned that for CPT/DEST see the Commissions website ssc.nic.in time to time. The CPIO is required to provide the information which is existing and available as defined under section 2(f) of RTI act, 2005.

If you are not satisfied with the above information you may file an appeal within the 30 days of this receipt in the name of Shri Manab Ray, Dy. Secretary and FAA, Staff Selection Commission, Block no. 12, CGO complex, lodhi road New Delhi 110003.

From this RTI reply we can assume that dates are yet not fixed and depending upon situation SSC will update necessary information/Notice on its official website. We (Team QMaths) will update any new updates comes in these regards. Thanks and stay connected.
