The Important Highlights/Inference of this RTI Reply is as follows:

Vacancies of SSC CGL 2016 is to be updated by 14th March 2017.
Dates of CPT/DEST has not been finalized yet.
Please see the official Notification regarding OBC Certificate and Creamy layer status (Para 5J, Pg. no 10.)
No information of zone-wise allocation to SSC, it is not done by SSC.
