UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Office Report dated 25th June, 2019 seeks certain directions with reference to the letter dated 14.06.2019 written by Hon’ble Mr. Justice G.S. Singhvi, former Judge of this Court and Chairman of the Court appointed Committee. Accordingly, we direct that the expenses for travel and stay of the members of the aforesaid Committee will be borne by the Government of India. The reports of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) may be shared with other members of the Committee only according to the discretion of Hon’ble Mr. Singhvi J.
