IB ACIO 2017 Exam has been conducted today (on 15th October 2017) by mha. which was full of surprises. The quantitative aptitude part were mainly focussed on time and speed questions. A few questions had wrong answersDetailed Exam Analysis and Review for IB ACIO 2017 is given below.

Exam Pattern : (IB ACIO 2017 Exam)

Exam duration is 60 minutes (1 Hour).
The Total Number of Questions for the Exam is: 100
There were four sections of 25 questions in each section
Negative Marking for every wrong answer: 1/4

REVIEW and ANALYSIS OF IB ACIO 2017 Exam (15 October 2017)

Exam Center and Management:

Many candidates complaint about mismanagement at exam centres. The invigilators were novice and question papers were distributed late. It can be said that Candidates now prefer online exams.

1) (Quantitative Aptitude - Maths)

About 50 % of the questions were asked from Time and Distance Topic.
Questions were calculative and lengthy.
No questions were asked from advanced maths.
Number series questions were tricky
In Compound Interest Question No options were correct.
Over all Maths was time consuming.
An attempt of 12-15 questions with high accuracy will be considered good.

2) (General Awareness - GK)

High number of questions were asked from current affairs with focus on latest events. (Last 2-3 months Current Affiars)
General Awareness questions were easy to moderate depending on ones's knowledge base.
If you are good at GK then this section will boost up your over all score.
An attempt of 13-15 questions with good accuracy will be considered good.
This Section may be treated average.

3) (General Intelligence and Reasoning)

Today reasoning was easy to moderate and scoring
A couple of questions were confusing.
Statement and logic, Arithmetic operations, and series question were higher in numbers.
An attempt of 15-18 questions with high accuracy will be considered good.

4) (English Comprehension)

This year IB ACIO english section was easy - moderate level.
Vocabulary and grammar part was focussed and major questions were from these topics.
No questions on Reading Comprehension or Cloze test were asked.
An attempt of 15-18 questions with good accuracy will be considered good.
We suggest you not to attempt the questions you are not sure of because of negative marking
