Grievance Description

Sir, Recently SSC has updated the status of exam results and mentioned Aug 10 2017 as the date of the result for SSC CGL 2016.I would like to mention the grave situation of the candidates regarding the delayed result.Already it has been a year when the tier 1 of the exam started and the candidates have gone through tumultuous phase during this one year.First of all the tier 2 exam has been cancelled in some centers and re exam has been conducted for which tier 3 has been delayed by 2 months.After tier 3 a case has been filed in Supreme Court and all the genuine candidates were in severe mental stress during this period.Now after tier 4 for unknown reasons SSC delayed the result by 2 months although all the tiers of the examination has been completed and the case filed was also dismissed.It is very illogical on the part of SSC to delay this as our careers are decided at the mercy of SSC. To add further problems SSC has given dates for the CGL 2017 exam without giving the final result of the 2016 exam.There seems no logic as without the result both the exams will be written by the same students as it happened when the exam got cancelled in 2013 and final result for both the years had same candidates . I request you to consider my agony and situation in asking SSC to release at least tier 3 marks which can help us plan our jobless career. Thank you.

Dear Candidate, it is informed that the CGLE Examination is now conducted in four Tiers. Hence, the declaration of final result of the examination takes time. However the post examination work of CGLE 2016 (Tier-III) is under process and the tentative date of declaration of final result of examination has already been hosted on the website of the Commission. It is also advised to visit the website of the commission from time to time for updated information.
