Inference:

It is important to note that SSC HQ has not replied for point no. 1.
Earlier today SSC has issued a status update where it is officially mentioned that result of SSC CGL 2017 Tier-1 exam will be declared on 31.10.2017.
According to SSC Exam Calendar 2017-18 tentative date of SSC CGL 2017 Tier-2 is 10th & 11th November 2017.
These facts Indicate high possibility of Change in SSC CGL 2017 Tier-2 Exam date.
But we Advice you all to keep your preparation assuming Tier-2 date as 10-11-2017.
